Is it a yahoo email? Are you saying when he sends emails it shows her name as the sender?
If that's the case then there's a place in the options in yahoo mail where you can change the name that comes up as the sender.
If that's not the case you're going to have to elaborate and probably take it somewhere else, not really suitable for this category.
