How do I get a personal domain name with a webpage hosted by Apple's MobileMe?

I have started a personal business webpage using iWeb and MobileMe, but want to change the long domain name to my own personal domain name. How would I go about doing this for the cheapest possible. Be clear please, because I am a beginning with all of this web stuff. Thanks
