my sister in law wants to start a business with me. i came up with the idea and business name first. now shes changing everything up and taking control. she labels herself as owner and me co owner. i dont want to do this with her anymore and i want to start the business on my own. how can i tell her i dont want to do it with her anymore? should i tell her i want out and dont tell her im starting my own? or tell her i am? HELP!

Let her know you are no longer interested in pursuing a business with her and let her know why.
Also let her know that you are going to persue your own business. It is the right thing to do.

Be Blunt and to the point, this is not what you agreed to...
there is a way to talk to her with carefully chosen words..think it over ,write it down, either move onto your own ideas, or convince her compromise with you..I wouldn't tell her about starting up your own thing.. but if it is beyond repair I would tell her You are out!
I SAY BE A WOMEN ABOUT YOUR STUFF.YOUR AN ADULT AND SHE IS TOO,BUT IF YOU HAD AN IDEA OR NAME FIRST SHE SHOULD RECOGNIZE THAT.I SAY TELL HER YOUR OUT AND YOUR STARTING YOUR OWN UNLESS,SHE CHANGES THINGS AROUND
You Should Just Tell Her The Truth.. Shes Your Sister She'll Understand.. Even If She Doesnt To Start With She'll Come Round.. Just Dont Lie To Her Or Half Tell her The Truth because If She Finds Out Then That Will make It Much Worse
