Have you tried changing the name of the program inside program files because if you have changed the name of the shortcut then that wont work
But what i would do is download and install anti vir rescue system what this douse is scan your system before you boot into windows it is a bootime scanner and will let you scan your system and remove threats all you have to do is click the like below download and burn to an disk and boot and thats it your done hope it works good luck
