That's the contact info I have on them. You could call directory assistance to see if the number has been disconnected, and the Honolulu city clerk's office to find out if the school has folded. If they don't know, they should be able to refer you to someone who does. Perhaps their department of education.
If they did close, they should have transferred all their records to another (usually nearby) school. You should be able to get your transcripts from them, but you need to find out which school first. The local department of education should be able to tell you which school to contact.
Speak to your future school, and let them know about the issue. Ask them if they will admit you provisionally, while you try to obtain your transcripts. Some schools will.

Is my email address appropriate for business and other professional uses?
The primary email address I use is dubc82. Its basically like spelling my initials wc out. I know how companies and possibly universities look negatively on email addresses that are inappropriate. I know this isn't bad, but should I create one with my name to use. I don't want to change it because I have so many things set-up on it and it would be a hassle to change.

Seeing as how I was still owed $400, I didn't hesitate to sell the domain name for the original purchase price ($200). A few weeks after that, I got a call from the owner. Questions about changing surname legally while I'm in College?
Right now I'm in my second year of College at Wake Technical Community College to get my A.A. Degree to transfer out to NCSU. I've wanted to change my surname now since I was a child, so I think it is near time. I want to change once I'm accepted into NC State so there is no problems while I'm registering. To be honest, at one point I was thinking about changing my entire name, but not only would I think that would be a hassle for several reasons, I also like my First and Middle name and I'm only changing my surname to separate myself from my family.
Just to make it clear I am changing my surname because I want to separate myself from the family I sincerely hate, probably one of the only things I do. But I am also changing it out of discus for my family and the dislike of the name itself.
But I do have some questions. Right now I'm in the process of applying to NCSU through he transfer program that my school has, which is a guaranteed acceptance if you follow the guidelines, which I am. So is basically is a guarantee I will be attending NCSU for my junior year next fall. So I plan on changing my surname sometime next year. If you have not picked up yet I do live in the State of North Carolina, so I need the laws and regulations for this state. I will be 19 next year if the age matters, even though if I'm correct 18 is the legal age for change. So I have a few questions though. Please try to answer all of the ones you can.
1. How to change my surname?
2. How long will it take in my case?
3. How do I get it changed on things such as lease, SS card, Driver's License, School transcripts and records, etc.?
4. Will my professors continue to refer to by my past surname?
5. If I want to work for a Government Agency later, will this name change ruin my chances of getting certain security clearances? This includes Military too.
6. Do I have to keep some form of name change form for proof? - I would like to change and try to forget and move on from the past?
7. Anything else you have to offer me?

you definitely built up my anticipation for this
well, I think i've heard Mantic Ritual before, but i dont remember it, so i'll pretend they are new. you are right about the aggression shown here...i always like abit of heavy anger in my music....and i think the KIMB comparison is valid
so far, i really like Black Tar Sin, love the tempo and vocals. Riffing is frantic, but not simple either. Drumming I didn't really notice as great of bad...but pretty solid nonetheless. Th solos haven't really stood out either, but after a couple listens, they are ok. I suppose the point of this album is to be that aggressive badass band anyways.

They're pretty solid. Really aggressive and catchy riffs, and the vocals are somewhat dynamic too. But they don't bring anything much new to the already overfilled thrash table. And, the album does get a bit monotonous towards the end.

These guys are one of the new school thrash bands.....i have that album... i like it..nice tight musicianship...but i dont understand the aim of these bands (evile among them)....they just try to copy the old school thrash..i mean what's the point!!! we can always listen to the old bands...and most of those old bands have released remastered versions of their not so well produced albums....i dont see why a band should try to copy the same style (unless u want to be a cover band)....you know...so many riffs of these new thrash bands sound so much like riffs from the old bands....it's the duty of a musician to find his/her own voice...a band should have their own style ( i know not every band in the world is unique but that's what every band should think like..according to me)

I have had this album for about a year. I have really enjoyed it. I bought in making the largest CD haul I ever made (I bought 138 CDs in one order, I know music is my drug and I was on a binge) and it was one of the stand outs. I did really like the energy of this album.
I am not going ot comment song to song this time because I am exhausted and I am trying to get caught up on the questions but it won't happen (busy weekend and I have a cook on vacation and two large catering functions on top of regular business.)

Executioner is the one Thrash debut in the modern Thrash movement that put me in mind of Megadeth's %26quot;Killing is My Business ..... and Business is Good%26quot; in terms of sheer speed and agression in place of all other concerns. I would rate teh overall sound somewhere between early Megadeth and Nuclear Assault.. The album was originally releaesed under teh name Meltdown, but the band changed names due to the preponderance of bands with said name.

you definitely built up my anticipation for this
well, I think i've heard Mantic Ritual before, but i dont remember it, so i'll pretend they are new. you are right about the aggression shown here...i always like abit of heavy anger in my music....and i think the KIMB comparison is valid
so far, i really like Black Tar Sin, love the tempo and vocals. Riffing is frantic, but not simple either. Drumming I didn't really notice as great of bad...but pretty solid nonetheless. Th solos haven't really stood out either, but after a couple listens, they are ok. I suppose the point of this album is to be that aggressive badass band anyways.

I have a co-worker who is driving everyone in the office crazy because she got married TWO WEEKS AGO and her business cards still have her maiden name. The person in charge of ordering the business cards told her that they're in the process of changing printing companies so the married girl said, %26quot;Guess I'll have to cross my name off on the ones I currently have%26quot; What's the big deal!? I think she's overreacting. Do you agree?

I think she's being absurd. Sure she is proud to be married and is excited about shouting it to the world... but I think she's being crazy. She needs to focus more on being professional!
I personally would just use both names for now and leave my business cards be till the new ones come in. Nothing looks less professional than someone CROSSING out a name on your business card and writing something in. I would toss that in the garbage if I received it. I would seriously be concerned about the finances of the company if someone did something like that.

There is a simple legal trick you can use. It will cost you maybe $10, Take all your songs, write them down or make a separate demo disk. Place them in a SEALED envelope, take them to a notary, and have the date notarized on it by an official. then mail this to yourself. The reason for all this is, Notary's are sworn by law to place the right date on things, and mailing it to yourself insure it was not tampered with because the postal system is a government branch, and because it is a federal crime to tamper with mail. lastly NEVER OPEN THE ENVELOPE!!!! If you ever need to work a case against fraud or anything like that, u take that to court, and you can PROVE that the songs were originally yours

Every program has its own challenges and programs that just aren't interesting, what makes the experience valuable is learning how to drive yourself over the finish line.

No company would choose a name that would not appeal to their target market. Would you opt to choose a Filipino sounding name to your disadvantage? of course not, you would definitely choose another Filipino name that suits well to the nature of your business.

Okay first of all, Rutgers New Brunswick has Sports Management as a major so if you wanted to do that and still wanted to be a Rutgers student, you can transfer there.
Second of all, once you get into your courses that fulfill your major requirements, they are all really hard and they tend to make you hate what you once loved...or thought you loved. Don't let it get you down, believe me. If you really want to do business and look forward to the salary once you start your career, I would stick to it. I go to Rutgers too and am an animal science major at SEBS....lemme tell ya, it aint easy. I transferred from a community college with a 3.83 GPA and after this semester at RU I am going to drop below a 3.0 (probably a 2.8 at worst). Is it discouraging? Yes. Is it disappointing? Absolutely. Should you allow it to be defeating? HELL NO! The RU screw will destroy your life as you know it until you graduate, but do not let the man win!! lol You will be able to do it in the end. If you come across a class you cannot pass at Rutgers, take it at a community college and transfer it over. If you need a GPA pick me up then you can take a dippy class every semester to get an easy A. There are ways around this, trust.
If you were to change your major to sports management there is a 99% chance you will find those classes just as difficult, so if you want to get out of Rutgers sometime before your 30 years old, stick with your initial major.
Lastly, a final GPA of a 2.5 from RU defeats a 4.0 from some crappy college any day of the week. A degree from RU is worth so much more to you and screams intelligence, diligence, and responsibility to a potential employer. Remember Rutgers is a public ivy school which means they have the course rigor of an Ivy League school at a public school price.
The only easy thing about Rutgers is getting in....to finish takes A LOT of will and determination. You can do it...it just may take you a little longer than if you went to some chump school. =)
Oh yeah, and keep in mind that what you learn in college is NOTHING compared to how your career will be. You will enjoy your career even if you hated learning about it. Learning about that stuff is boring but once you get into the field it will be a lot more exciting. However, if you really think business is not for you then switch majors. There is a chance you'll hate that too though and you will be tacking on the years. I got my associates in English and then switched majors to science at RU and now ive been in school for a whopping 6 years with two years more to go =/ So if you are prepared for that, being in school for almost 10 years and ending with one bachlors degree, go for it. The only reason I do not 100% regret my decision is because I was initially a biology major at the community college and switched majors because my grades %26quot;weren't so good%26quot;. So basically I am doing now what I wanted to and was meant to do from the getgo. It wasn't a decision made on a whim, ya know?
So its something to really think about. If I were you, I would maybe intern over the summer for business and see how you enjoy the actually career. That might help you decide. If your still unsure, you can always take a few sports management classes at RU New Brunswick and see how that works for ya. The only easy thing about Rutgers is getting in....to finish takes A LOT of will and determination. You can do it...it just may take you a little longer than if you went to some chump school. =)
Oh yeah, and keep in mind that what you learn in college is NOTHING compared to how your career will be. You will enjoy your career even if you hated learning about it. Learning about that stuff is boring but once you get into the field it will be a lot more exciting. However, if you really think business is not for you then switch majors. There is a chance you'll hate that too though and you will be tacking on the years. I got my associates in English and then switched majors to science at RU and now ive been in school for a whopping 6 years with two years more to go =/ So if you are prepared for that, being in school for almost 10 years and ending with one bachlors degree, go for it. The only reason I do not 100% regret my decision is because I was initially a biology major at the community college and switched majors because my grades %26quot;weren't so good%26quot;. So basically I am doing now what I wanted to and was meant to do from the getgo. It wasn't a decision made on a whim, ya know?
So its something to really think about. If I were you, I would maybe intern over the summer for business and see how you enjoy the actually career. That might help you decide. If your still unsure, you can always take a few sports management classes at RU New Brunswick and see how that works for ya. OR you can even double major or minor in sports management if you wanted to switch to new brunswich completely. Just throwing out some ideas =) Good luck

I opened a PayPal account about a year ago under a fictitious name. Some things to know ahead of time... I made this PayPal account for the mere purpose of having a place to put my funds. What started as $1 a month has grown into something like $10-15 a week. Being unverified and unlinked to a bank account, I am able to accept money going in, but I can never withdraw or send money out. I was talking to my mom about this and she said that we would open up a bank account and link it to my PayPal once I reach $100, but I just didn't want to wait anymore so over the weekend I opened up a checking account at a local bank (I'm 18). Now here is the problem, my PayPal name and the name I used when I opened my bank account (my legal name) obviously won't match up. Will this be a problem when I am trying to connect my PayPal account to my bank account? I tried to do a name change through PayPal, but even after giving them the required information I am still unable to change my name. I hear that you can change your name if you upgrade to a business account, but I don't know how that works.
Can anyone offer me any advice on what I should/can do? At this point I just want to take whatever funds I have out and put it into my dad's PayPal account so that I can actually withdraw the money. Afterwards I'll close the PayPal account and start fresh using my real name, but until then I need to find a way to fix this problem.

I've been with my b/f for 5 years, I love him dearly. I will not just leave and waste the last 5 yrs of my life cuz of my kids. I love them too of course, but they do take advantage of me. My b/f and I have not lived together yet (I know...hard to believe!) but in the next month we will be. He has started to nit-pick me about EVERYTHING lately, mostly about my parenting. He thinks my kids walk all over me and treat me like their slave. Should I be telling him to mind his own f***ing business and worry about his own kids and the way their mother is bringing them up? Or should I NOT rock the boat, and suddenly do it his way and become a monster to my children? Kids need a parent, not a friend. They have plenty of friends but only one mother. You have not done a very good job of parenting in the past and now you are paying for it. he should support your every decision when it comes to the children, that way your children will know you are united and won't be able to resent either of you as individuals. As you say the children have already noticed that you don't agree on how to discipline them, this will cause lots of problems if you don't nip it in the bud.
there is nothing wrong wih discussing new parenting techniques etc, but he shouldn't assume a 'boss' status in the family as that has been your role..he can join forces with you but not take over -you remain in control (and the children will need to pick that up-it will make them feel less threatened) especially if he his criticising your parenting.
tell him to back off, as the children will be picking up on any tension or weakness in your relationship. Discuss how you feel with him (when the children are out) so you can get him to understand what he is doing.
Support each other - he may be feeling unsettled about moving in and may be trying to carve out a place/ role in the household, which is normal.

I have basically the same problem. only i've been married for22 yrs now and he is just feed up with the way the kids walk all over me. So I have tried to back off with them some but I love my kids and just because he would handle things different doesn't make me wrong. He has tried to put his foot down but when it comes right down to it I do what I'm gonna do anyway whether he likes it or not they don't come to him or he could do it his way they come to me so I do it my way. I think you need to talk to him about this like 2 adults discuss that you are both parents and do things differently and can you both come to some sort of agreement before you move intogether. then i would suggest the two of you sit all your kids down together and talk about it openly the change will also be effecting them so let them speak and tell them how things will be etc and ask for their opinions and just generally talk and listen like a proper family and come to comprimises together on how the future will be, then things should sort themselves out.

he should support your every decision when it comes to the children, that way your children will know you are united and won't be able to resent either of you as individuals. As you say the children have already noticed that you don't agree on how to discipline them, this will cause lots of problems if you don't nip it in the bud.
there is nothing wrong wih discussing new parenting techniques etc, but he shouldn't assume a 'boss' status in the family as that has been your role..he can join forces with you but not take over -you remain in control (and the children will need to pick that up-it will make them feel less threatened) especially if he his criticising your parenting.
tell him to back off, as the children will be picking up on any tension or weakness in your relationship. Discuss how you feel with him (when the children are out) so you can get him to understand what he is doing.
Support each other - he may be feeling unsettled about moving in and may be trying to carve out a place/ role in the household, which is normal.
You say your kids take advantage of you, and he says they walk all over you and treat you like a slave, DO THEY? If they do, get it sorted its great to be cool however your a parent 1st. There are bound to be changes if he moves in anyway, have a chat to the kids and let them know there will be some new rules. When it comes to disciplining your kids that should be YOUR job, make that clear before the big move!
I have basically the same problem. only i've been married for22 yrs now and he is just feed up with the way the kids walk all over me. So I have tried to back off with them some but I love my kids and just because he would handle things different doesn't make me wrong. I think you need to talk to him about this like 2 adults discuss that you are both parents and do things differently and can you both come to some sort of agreement before you move intogether. then i would suggest the two of you sit all your kids down together and talk about it openly the change will also be effecting them so let them speak and tell them how things will be etc and ask for their opinions and just generally talk and listen like a proper family and come to comprimises together on how the future will be, then things should sort themselves out.

I'm opening a new office and have obtained a new DBA name for my office and would like to own the domain name that matches my new business name but it's already taken. Although there's a website associated with the domain name, I can tell it's a dead site and hasn't been updated for a few years now. There is a subscription service with the site that I registered for and I sent an email to support to ask if the site was active but did not get an answer. I looked up the domain name owner and sent an email there as well to ask if the domain was active but again, no reply. I sold my business last year complete with the website. Unfortunately, the peosn whom bought the business has failed to complete the staged payments as agreed per contract. The business has now legally been reverted back to me, although they are still trading very well with the website. I have my legal name, but I also have another name that has become such a part of me there are certain people who only know me by that name, and I do a lot of business with people who only know that name.

Your best bet is to file it with the court. It is like a name change, but adding on a familiar name so it can be made part of your license, etc. so there is no trouble with confusion in the future.

Step 1: use the design tool to draw a rectangle on the bottom of the page (the size you want your name and number %26quot;detachable stickers%26quot; to be)
Step 2: right click on the shape you drawed and select %26quot;add text%26quot;
Step 3: Choose %26quot;format%26quot; from menu bar (the one on top) and then %26quot;text orientation%26quot;, here you can choose horizontal, vertical-left or vertical-right.
Step 4: write the text you want in the rectangle
Step 5: select the rectangle and copy it (either %26quot;right-click and select copy or %26quot;ctrl-c%26quot; from keyboard)
Step 6: paste a copy of the rectangle (right click somewhere on the sheet and select %26quot;paste%26quot; or click %26quot;ctrl-v%26quot; from keyboard)
Step 7: an identical rectangle should now appear on the sheet, drag it where you want this to appear.
Repeat steps 6 and 7 to insert as many rectangles you want to fill the sheet.
Further hint: should you have problems in placining the rectangle exactly where you want it to be, select it (clicking on the border) and then right-click on mouse. From that menu select %26quot;alignment%26quot; and then %26quot;above text%26quot;. This should give you the ability to place the image anywhere you want.
Please note that my Word version is in italian, some translation of the menu structure might not be completely correct. Hope it helped anyway...

there are a few ways to do it. one is to use microsoft publisher, theres a way to select a typed are as an editable image, then you can rotate it and paste it however many times you want. The other way is to set your page up using columns, then type in the info in each column and then the column with the phone numbers you select the text and then go to format, and change the text direction. Another way would be to create a bitmap of the phone number %26quot;tabs%26quot; and then rotate that bitmap so its in the direction you want to read, then insert it to the document and set it to be aligned to either the right or left and then you can just copy and paste it all the way down the side.
In MS Word you would insert a 1x5 table. Then highlight the table and select the Format Menu, then the %26quot;Text Direction%26quot; selection.
The Text direction format selection works on text boxes as well.

Timeliness is the first on my list because the toughest data quality problems will probably be caused by the rapid rate of change for names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. So-called accuracy problems are often timeliness problems in disguise; e.g., a business moved and the database hasn't been updated yet.
2. Accuracy failures are any type of incorrect information, from data entry spelling errors to linking the wrong information to a customer. Accuracy failures are the bloopers that business users love to discover and discuss at length.
3. Completeness has two dimensions: breadth - how many customers/ prospects do you have information about? and depth - how much do you know about your customers and prospects?
4. Consistency is having the same field definitions, naming conventions, country codes, capitalization and abbreviation rules, etc. for all instances of customer data.
