I want to find out if a work from home Business is legitimate or not. Are there any websites that can tell you if it is or not? Like one of those sites that calls out those rumors. I don't want to go to the BBB as I know a lot of companies change their names etc once they get a bad mark.

If the company is in sales then you might try the Direct Selling Assoc. they monitor companies that sell direct to consumers (like Mary Kay, Amway, Arbonne, etc..) There is usually an authority for every type of business. Insurance companies have the Dept of Insurance, etc... Good Luck!
