Hello, I have a Limited Liability Company and I haven't really been doing any business for a while but now it is picking back up and I want to change the name. I'm not sure why I ever named it what I did, haha. Anyway, please let me know if you have any information on changing an LLC's name in Alabama. I have googled it and looked on the Alabama-specific pages and on sites like zoomlegal.com and have not found anything.
I'm guessing I need some sort of form but I don't know which one.
