%26quot;Just Mobile%26quot; gives the implication that you have no interest or need of being anything other than just mobile oriented. Why limit the horizon? Your future is where you go with being who you are. People all assume and the name you choose has to be limitless in perspective and name.

Um... not anything to do with innovation.. that Just is weird.. And do you have a logo cause whatever happens a logo is brilliant..
Our business is just tech. If threes no tech that's not our business.

name wise they cool, but you need to do the following:
- check if its still available (trademarked: you don't want to get in trouble)
- even if they are quick to notice of what business it is... I would personally go for something unique and out of no where. Example:
+ Curry's Digital
+ Sony
- is there still a domain name out there for your business name, you don't want it to be long, you need it short and in this case....

How long do you wait after you're married to ....?

I have a co-worker who is driving everyone in the office crazy because she got married TWO WEEKS AGO and her business cards still have her maiden name. The person in charge of ordering the business cards told her that they're in the process of changing printing companies so the married girl said, %26quot;Guess I'll have to cross my name off on the ones I currently have%26quot; What's the big deal!? I think she's overreacting. Do you agree?

I think she's being absurd. Sure she is proud to be married and is excited about shouting it to the world... but I think she's being crazy. She needs to focus more on being professional!
I personally would just use both names for now and leave my business cards be till the new ones come in. Nothing looks less professional than someone CROSSING out a name on your business card and writing something in. I would toss that in the garbage if I received it. I would seriously be concerned about the finances of the company if someone did something like that.

Well, when the legal documentation goes through, then it's done. There is no specific timeline and some people never do it at all. She is correct, she will have to just WAIT until her new cards come in. Heaven forbid the entire world not accommodate her perfectly according to her schedule.

Perhaps she should have put in her order for new business cards a month or so before so she'd be all ready to go. If she wants to sit there and scribble on her cards, that's fine. It's not going to remove the thousands of cards already out there with her maiden name, nor will it prevent those people from using it.

Hello,one of my net friend said he can help me to send my demo(song composed and sing by myself) to record company.But how do i protect my song ?Just in case he may change the composer name to someone else.He's quite honest and the way he speak very gentlemen.We are doing online business together though we never meet each other before and we lived in different country,in our business i can see that he's very honest and he never cheat my money.If he want ,he can do it but he didn't.should i trust him?and how do i protect my songs?

If you live in a different country, search for the copyright laws there. Most countries will recognize copyright from other countries, so you should not need to register in each country you will be sending it to.

you cannot protect a song, the music industry has been trying to do it for years with little to no success. IT can and will be recorded if it is any good for people to even want to steal it in the first place.
There is a simple legal trick you can use. It will cost you maybe $10, Take all your songs, write them down or make a separate demo disk. Place them in a SEALED envelope, take them to a notary, and have the date notarized on it by an official. then mail this to yourself. The reason for all this is, Notary's are sworn by law to place the right date on things, and mailing it to yourself insure it was not tampered with because the postal system is a government branch, and because it is a federal crime to tamper with mail. lastly NEVER OPEN THE ENVELOPE!!!! If you ever need to work a case against fraud or anything like that, u take that to court, and you can PROVE that the songs were originally yours

You'll have to get them copywritten.
Google and you'll find a .gov form that you have to mail in (with a fee of course) and a copy of your songs and they'll send back a verification letter.bird structuretoptr

I want my outgoing emails to say from "Ashlie4SeasonsTravel" not my first & last name.?
When I send out an email from my business email address, I want it to show that the email is coming from %26quot;Ashlie4SeasonsTravel%26quot; not from my first and last name.
How do I change this?

Should I feel bad about wanting to change my major from business management?
In College in my 1st 2 years I was an undeclared major and took most of the general courses. This year I took most of the business courses and didn't do so well in them because I found them difficult and just didn't enjoy it.
I want to change my major to sports management because I have a joy for sports big time and it would be something I want to do
I go to Rutgers-Newark now and would have to transfer to change it. I keep reading about how good the business school is and how much money you can make with business management and it makes me feel bad. I'm just not enjoying it or performaning well in it though and figured I'd do something like Sports Management at another school since they don't have it here which I enjoy more

You shouldn't feel bad about it but you should make sure you're doing this for the right reasons and have thought it through.
If your main reason for the change is that you're thinking your grades will suddenly jump up because you're changing to another program that might interest you more, you might find that's not the case. Every program has its own challenges and programs that just aren't interesting, what makes the experience valuable is learning how to drive yourself over the finish line.
I agree with haleyr89, you should talk this over with someone in the career center.

If you don't enjoy it or if it's excessively difficult, then its best not to go there. Never feel bad that you're running away from the money. If you're happy doing it then stick with it.
