I started a new job and my manager gave me his buisness card. He told me to go to the local business card place and change the info to my own. But I wanted to do it with my computer. I scanned the card, but I want to know how to change the info. Any ideas? IE free programs.

You can format it yourself, and print it on stock business card paper (e.g. from Avery or Staples) available in business/office/stationery stores.
However, another consideration is: what business are you in, and how important is it for the card to look professional?
The home-made cards can look, well, home-made. Which may be ok for your business. If not, do invest in proper printing.
A cheap online alternative is vistaprint.com - where you can upload your own logo and layout.
